1. General

Reserved Suites Illovo operates as a serviced aparthotel in Sandton, Johannesburg. By making a booking or staying with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: From 15:00

  • Check-out time: By 10:00

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Booking & Payment

  • No booking deposit required; however, a refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in. This will be confirmed at the time of booking, depending on your length of stay and room type.

  • Full payment must be made on the day of arrival.

  • Accepted payment methods: EFT, major credit cards, and secure online payment via our booking engine.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation terms may vary depending on your rate plan. Many of our rates offer free cancellation within a specific window before arrival. We recommend checking the cancellation policy listed when booking, or feel free to contact us directly for assistance.

5. Identification & Check-In Policy

  • All guests must present a valid ID, driver’s license, or passport at check-in.

  • The primary guest must be 18 years or older.

6. House Rules

  • No parties or loud noise.

  • No smoking inside the units (designated smoking areas are provided).

  • No pets allowed (unless agreed to in writing).

  • Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay.

7. Cleaning & Linen

  • Daily housekeeping is included.

  • Linen is changed 3 times per week.

  • Additional cleaning is available at R200/day.

8. Utilities

  • Water and electricity are included up to R1500 per stay.

  • Excess usage will be for the guest’s account.

9. Wi-Fi & Streaming

  • Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

  • Guests can use their accounts to access streaming platforms on the smart TVs in all of our rooms.

10. Parking & Security

  • Secure parking is provided on-site.

  • 24-hour security with access control is in place.

  • Reserved Suites is not liable for damage, theft, or loss from parked vehicles.

11. Liability

  • Reserved Suites is not liable for accidents, loss, theft, or injury during your stay.

  • Guests are advised to lock doors and store valuables safely.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, water shortages, strikes, acts of God).

13. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated without notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
