What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% Refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. In cases of “No-Shows’, the aparthotel shall be entitled to claim full compensation for services ordered.
Are all apartments equipped with kitchens?
All of our one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments have fully equipped kitchens including refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, and washing machines. The deluxe studio units are equipped with kitchenettes including a microwave, stove plate, and mini-fridge. The Studio rooms are not self-catering units and are not equipped with any kitchens or kitchenettes.
Do you offer on-site parking?
Yes, we offer secure on-site parking bays for all guests staying with us.

Do you have a restaurant on-site?
Our Illovo property has a café on-site called Café on Central which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests staying at our Fourways property can receive 20% off a meal at Pappachinos Broadacres during their stay.
Do the apartments have tea & coffee facilities?
To help you get started, we provide you with a small quantity of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk.
Do you offer a laundry service?
Yes, our hotel provides an outsourced laundry service with next-day delivery. Simply leave your laundry in the designated bag in your room, and our team will handle the rest. Pricing for this service is available in the hotel rooms for your convenience. If you need any additional information, feel free to contact reception.
