Can I check in after 22:00?
Front desk hours are 07:00–22:00. Arriving outside those hours? Let us know in advance, and our night concierge will handle key handover and document verification. Check-in: 15:00; Check-out: 10:00.
What is considered an early check-in? If you arrive before 12 pm, an additional full day charge will apply as the room must be reserved the night prior to secure your booking. For check-ins between 12 pm and 3 pm, a fee of R100 per hour will be incurred.
Enjoy a complimentary late checkout until 12 pm, with an additional charge of R100 for each hour beyond this time. Please note that check-out after 6 pm will result in a full day’s fee.
Is parking free?
Secure and access-controlled parking is offered at a rate of R50 per day for all OTA guests while those who book directly can take advantage of complimentary parking.
