Cancellation Policy
INTRODUCTION
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness to all guests and our business operations. Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your booking.
STANDARD CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in (2:00 PM on day of arrival) will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur a 100% charge of the first night’s stay.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATES
Bookings made under a Non-Refundable Rate cannot be changed or cancelled.
No refund will be issued for early departures or no-shows under this rate.
PEAK SEASON & GROUP BOOKINGS
During peak periods, including public holidays, major events, and December holidays, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid charges.
For group bookings (3 or more rooms), a 14-day cancellation notice applies.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to
centralreservations@reservedsuites.com.
Please include your full name, reservation reference number, and reason for cancellation.
FORCE MAJEURE
Reserved Suites reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases of natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible to fulfill the booking. In such cases, a full refund will be considered.
