Do you have backup power during load-shedding?
Yes. A generator automatically starts within 10 seconds of a grid outage, so lifts, Wi-Fi, lighting, and all guest suites continue operating without interruption.
Is parking available and what does it cost?
Secure and access-controlled parking is offered at a rate of R50 per day for all OTA guests while those who book directly can take advantage of complimentary parking.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Front desk hours are 07:00–22:00. Arriving outside those hours? Let us know in advance, and our night concierge will handle key handover and document verification. Check-in: 15:00; Check-out: 10:00.
What is considered an early check-in? If you arrive before 12 pm, an additional full day charge will apply as the room must be reserved the night prior to secure your booking. For check-ins between 12 pm and 3 pm, a fee of R100 per hour will be incurred.
Enjoy a complimentary late checkout until 12 pm, with an additional charge of R100 for each hour beyond this time. Please note that check-out after 6 pm will result in a full day’s fee.
Is the infinity pool heated?
The 8th-floor pool is currently not temperature-controlled.
How fast is the Wi-Fi?
The building is fed by a 500 Mbps fibre line in active fail-over. Typical in-suite speeds are 300–450 Mbps down / 150 Mbps up.
When will the boardroom and office pods open?
Construction is underway; both facilities are scheduled to launch in Q4 2025. Early-bird booking links will appear on this page once dates are confirmed.
Can non-residents use Café on Central or Metalab Gym?
The café welcomes the public every day from 07:00 to 20:00, while access to Metalab Gym is available for R799 per month but complimentary for our in-house guests and long-term residents.
